Hey everybody!

Ok...I've got to say that I'm really sorry for pulling a disappearing act. I knew around the holidays that something was just "off" with me. I didn't pay too much attention to what I was feeling and tried to go on my merry little way. Unfortunately it wasn't as easy as that. I should know from past history that a depressive episode isn't going to just let me go on my merry little way. I finally owned up to how I was feeling and am doing something about it (a daytime outpatient group therapy). I have missed checking in on everyone through there blogs & am trying to get myself back here in short order! I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season and all is well with you and yours!
