This is a petition for Jake Grys' family to win a home makeover from Extreme Home Makeovers. Please please please forward this to everyone you can (after you've signed the petition yourself of course!) I don't personally know Jake but I have seen him many times when I was at Easter Seals with Princess Bear (they were both part of the fund raising campaign video last year!)and he is always in such a wonderful mood and had an infectious smile.
